Q1.Causes of more broken rice in rice processing?
A1:First, the pressure in the rice milling chamber is too high, and
the rolling time is relatively long, which makes the rice grains
broken; Second, the rotating speed of the drum is too high, which
easily breaks the rice grains; Third, the moisture content of the
processed rice is too wet, which easily leads to more broken rice.
Q2. What's the Abdominal white rice?
A2:There is often an opaque white spot in the abdomen of white
rice, which is called heart white in the center of white rice grain
and outer white in the outer abdomen. The white part of the belly
contains less protein and more starch. Generally, rice with too
high water content, no after-ripening after harvest and not mature
enough has a large white belly.
Q3. What's the Explosive waist rice ?
A3:The waist burst is caused by the imbalance between the inside
and outside of rice grains after the rapid heating of white rice
during drying. When fried rice is eaten, it is rotten from the
outside, and its nutritional value decreases. If one or more
transverse cracks appear on the rice grain, it means that the rice
burst.
