Working Principle:
The gravity separation screen is to make use of the physical
characteristics differences of the specific gravity, friction
coefficient and grain size of the brown rice and rice in the
mixture. Under the action of the separation plate with sinusoidal
motion, the mixture of the brown rice and the coarse rice will be
gradually stratified automatically, and the coarse rice with larger
and smaller particle size will sink down, and will be pushed upward
by the convex point of the separation plate, so that the brown rice
will move up the separation plate obliquely Out. The rice with
small specific gravity and large grain size floats on the upper
layer of brown rice and glides obliquely down to the lower part of
the separation plate to flow out, so as to achieve the effect of
grain rough separation.
