extrusion, rubbing and peeling. Among them, rubbing and tearing is
the key to hulling, and the size of rubbing and tearing depends on
two important factors: one is the size of friction force, which
depends on the pressure between the two rolls; the other is the
relative action time of the reverse friction force on grain, and
the length of the action time is taken It depends on the relative
speed of two rollers, that is, the linear speed difference. It is
not difficult to see that the pressure and linear velocity
difference between rolls are important process parameters for rice
hulling. The correct choice of them not only directly affects the
hulling rate, but also affects the consumption of rubber roller.

The allowable tolerance is ± 3°, and the maximum and minimum difference of hardness on the same
rubber roller is greater than 2°.
