Working Principle
The blow type specific gravity stone remover is based on the
specific gravity difference between crops and stones in the
material. By adjusting the parameters such as wind pressure and
amplitude, the stones with larger specific gravity move from low to
high on the screen surface at the bottom, and the crops with
smaller specific gravity move from high to low on the surface, so
as to achieve the purpose of separation.
Product Advantages:

2. The stone removing table is made of stainless steel woven mesh
to extend its service life;
3. The back blowing function is added at the stone outlet to
effectively reduce the material out ratio in the stone;

accuracy; the whole machine is bolted to avoid welding deformation.
Scope of application:
5. Vibration system’s motor has a transducer, which uses different
frequencies for different sizes of materials.

respectively, which do not interfere with each other during
adjustment

It can be adjusted by frequency and air volume. It is suitable for
stone removal of different products, such as small particle
materials (millet, sesame), medium particle materials (green beans,
soybeans), large particle materials (kidney beans, broad beans).
It is suitable for the separation of single purpose materials, and
can effectively remove heavy impurities such as shoulder stone
(sand and stone with similar particle size) in materials. In the
process of grain processing, it should be installed in the later
stage of the screening process. Raw materials without removing
large, small and light impurities should not enter the machine
directly to avoid affecting the stone removal effect.
