1. The advanced automatic bag loading mechanism consists of three

3. Servo system control is added to the main components. It
effectively controls the instability of the cylinder on the
turning, makes the left and right movement and positioning of the
station car more stable, fast and accurate, greatly reduces the
failure of the cylinder caused by the long-term movement, and
reduces the maintenance workload. The gas consumption of the whole
machine has also decreased significantly, saving power consumption.
4. The touch screen of vinylon clearly displays the working status,
operation instructions, etc., and the operation is simple and
intuitive. It saves a lot of tedious operation of buttons. The
fault caused by the button is reduced.
5. Mitsubishi PLC and the touch screen of vinylon are used
together. With the high-speed electronic scale and the automatic
bag filling mechanism, the process of automatic bag filling,
automatic weighing, filling, shaping, vacuuming, heat sealing, bag
unloading, transportation and automatic packaging can be completed
very well. Observe the working state intuitively and change the
equipment parameters according to the technological process.
6. Adopt intelligent temperature controller, and the constant
temperature difference can be controlled within 2℃. The required
temperature can be adjusted according to the thickness of the bag.
7. The negative pressure detection switch of Yadeke can be adjusted
reasonably according to the packaging shape and vacuum degree.
8. Advanced intelligent weighing module and high-precision weighing
sensor make weighing accuracy higher, speed faster and accuracy
more stable. 10 product formulas can be preset to adapt to the
rapid change of product packaging.
9. The contact part with the material is stainless steel, sanitary,
corrosion-resistant and long service life.
10. Reserve RS232/485 interface, printing interface, printable
package number, total weight and other data, and transfer
production data to user management system.
